NUB.Sc. Nursing

BSc Nursing [Bachelor of Science in Nursing] is a 4-year undergraduate program in the field of Medical Science, preparing students to serve humanity with the help of medical treatment. Students who have completed 10+2 with Biology (as a compulsory subject). MLB.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT)

BSc Medical Lab Technology is an undergraduate paramedical program of 4 years. It offers practical and theoretical knowledge about the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of various kinds of diseases and health problems with the help of clinical laboratory tests. During the program, the students perform various diagnostic analyses on body fluids, which include hematology, bacteriology, immunologic, chemical, and microscopic during the course.
PYBachelor of Physiotherapy (B.P.T)

The duration of the course is four and half years including Compulsory Internship of six months. Physiotherapists assess, plan and implement rehabilitative programs that improve or restore human motor functions, maximize movement ability, relieve pain syndromes, and treat or prevent physical challenges associated with injuries, diseases and other impairments. They apply a broad range of physical therapies and techniques such as movement, ultrasound, heating, laser and other techniques. They may develop and implement programmes for screening and prevention of common physical ailments and disorders.
CVBachelor of Cardio Vascular Technology (B.C.V.T)

The duration of the course is Three years plus ten month of compulsory internship. A cardiovascular technologist works in a cardiac cath lab and performs assistance to the interventional cardiologist very complex procedures, including stent implants, cardiac pacemakers and defibrillators and other tests to diagnose heart disease. They take emergency calls and participate in saving the lives of those who are having a heart attack. Most of these graduates are hired by Hospitals, Medical Centers. Cardiovascular technologists may specialize in three areas of practice: • Invasive cardiology • Cardiac sonography • Vascular technology/ sonography
LPBachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (B.A.S.L.P)

Duration of the course is of 3 academic years plus one academic year of internship. The BASLP course trains students to become audiologists and speech-language pathologists. They learn methods to treat, identify, and prevent hearing, balance and communication disorders in people. OPB.Sc. Optometry (B.Sc. Optometry)

The duration of the course is 3 (three) year with one year compulsory rotating internship. Students can work as vision Consultant, Customer Care Associate and more. The jobs after BSc optometry that students can pursue in Private / Government Hospitals, Research Centres , Independent clinics, Private Companies.
PTB.Sc. Perfusion Technology

Duration shall be for a period of four years including one year internship training. Perfusion technology is the study of physiology and the pathology of the lungs and the allied respiratory organs of the human body. The job profiles after BSc Perfusion Technology are Perfusion technologist, pediatric Perfusionist, cardiac Perfusionist, medical coder, lecturer/teacher, risk manager, cardiac technician, etc. These perfusionists and technologists operate heart and lungs machines and equipment for the surgery. They can go for higher studies after BSc Perfusion Technology.
DTB.Sc. Dialysis Technology

Duration shall be for a period of four years including one year of internship. Candidates can secure a job in the government or private sector. They can work in areas like freestanding dialysis centres, hospitals, research centres, educational institutes, outpatient clinics, and many more. Dialysis is the artificial purification process of blood. Using dialysis process, it is possible to remove waste, excess of water and other unwanted fluid from the blood of patients. In modern hospitals and clinics offering dialysis treatment, hemodialysis machines are used to perform artificial purification process. A dialysis technician is a person who has been trained to operate the hemodialysis machine and carry out pre, intra and post dialysis procedures.
OTBachelor of Ocupational Therapy (BOT)

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, also known as BOT, is a bachelor's degree in allied science, in the field of medicine. The course has been structured to focus on practices of prevention and cure along with rehabilitation. It teaches the students to tackle the physical, emotional as well as mental problems of students and provide a universal cure for the problem or disease. In these programmes, students learn about means to cure patients by modifying the environment of the patient, educating them, and teaching them how to lead a regular life.
