Any deficiencies or discrepancies identified during the scrutiny of the application will be displayed under the Application Status section. A link for uploading the documents required to rectify such deficiencies will also be made available in the Candidate Portal. Candidates must verify and ensure that their ACADEMIC, RESERVATION STATUS are correct.

അപേക്ഷകളുടെ പരിശോധനയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തുന്ന അപാകതകളും ന്യൂനതകളും Application Status എന്ന വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പ്രദർശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അത്തരം അപാകതകൾ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ രേഖകൾ അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ലിങ്ക് Candidate Portal-ലും ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതാണ്. അപേക്ഷാർഥികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ അക്കാദമിക്, സമുദായ സംവരണം തുടങ്ങിയവ ശരിയാണെന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ച് ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം യാതൊരു മാറ്റവും അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ അപാകതകൾ പരിഹരിക്കാത്ത അപേക്ഷാർഥികളെ അലോട്ട്മെന്റിനായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
SC/ST വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട അപേക്ഷാർഥികളുടെ സമുദായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിലെ (Community Certificate) അപാകതകൾ നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ പരിഹരിക്കാത്ത പക്ഷം, അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
